Can a homemade dish soap bar really beat the blue stuff?
by jenny
i never thought i'd be this obsessed with something so dirty.
seriously though. i started making a solid dish soap because i was curious, could something homemade actually hold up against the commercial brands? i've tried plenty of dish soaps in my life, store-bought and handmade, and i figured this would be a fun little experiment.
it completely blew me away.
What it does
this little powerhouse tackles greasy pots, pans, and everyday messes with a rich, creamy lather. and it smells amazing, sweet orange, lemon, and lavender essential oils. no fake perfume smell, just the real stuff.
i'm not exaggerating when i say it's the best dish soap i've ever used.
How to use a dish soap bar
if you've never used one, it's the easiest thing. get the brush wet, swirl it over the soap, and go. that's it. the lather does the rest.
one bar lasts for months. keep it on the dish between uses so it dries out, and it'll just keep going.
What's in the set
each $19 set comes with the soap bar, a reusable ceramic dish, and a wooden dish brush. everything you need, nothing you don't. and it looks pretty cute sitting by the sink, if i'm being honest.
refills are coming soon too, so once you have the dish and brush, you just grab a new bar when you need one.
the secret is out.
